2.2 Cancellations by the Owner: We reserve the right to cancel the booking for exceptional reasons. In this case, a full refund will be made.
3. House Rules:
3.1 Maximum Number of Guests: The home can accommodate the publicly reported number of guests and no more.
3.2 Rules of Conduct: Guests are required to respect the rules of good neighborliness, avoid noisy disturbances and respect the privacy of others. They are also required to respect and not damage the structure and any of its components.
3.3 If the dishes are not cleaned, a supplement of €35 per apartment will be applied.
